I have been consistently eating like shit and staying up all night since I was 11, I think it has made me actually retarded because I have been catching myself on autopilot doing retarded stuff recently, and overall making tons of mistakes when I am typing and stuff
 
maybe its just a bad week for me right now but I feel so stupid sometimes, I am a smart person usually
