You need to be born into a middle class family, your parents have to make you play sports as a kid, especially sports like football or rugby, you need to have parents that treat you well. I had an abusive mother and as a result i'm literally scared of women now.
I'm also a foreigner so I was always the outsider. That's not an absolute death sentence if you have other good traits but it's a big failo.
