It's gotten to the point where everytime I find myself in a crowd, I feel massively intimidated; here there are these people with better social lives, keeping up with the latest trends, and they are uncaring of what people think of them.

Then there's me; I do not understand social cues, nor am I a conversational person. My interests do not match my contemporaries, and I feel a huge pressure to act "proper". I am starting to feel more comfortable alone and isolated despite me longing for a relationship or companionship.

Anyone else feel this way?

One thing I hate seeing outside is couples

Try and go out at daytime for at least 30 minutes or an hour at least. You'll get used to it. Tank some sunlight. Don't have to be in a crowd of people. Go to the woods, or large parks. It's good for your body and mind.

relateable, therefore i stopped interacting with people other then my parents when i left school.

I'll try this later. Thank you

We're living the same life. I can tolerate being outside if I can blend in as an NPC but the second I have to interact with anyone I can't handle it unless it's a very programmed sort of way like work

Interaction is the worse. The dread of saying the wrong thing and then being laughed at for it.
