Had an awful dream that spiked my cortisol even while being unconscious. The cortisol spike never stops, holy shit. I dreamed about an alligator chasing, biting, and torturing me, while I am completely defenseless. Worst nap of my entire life. Couldn't even rest properly, fuck this shit. I think I watched too much animal documentaries on YouTube, I have been interested in the wildlife for awhile now.
