I have so much pent up hatred and no where to put it really. I never got to get my revenge on everyone who bullied me when I was in school, well and society too. Not getting revenge for bullying has severe long term psychological consequences.

Yep. However, despite all the hate I have received I try not to pass it to anybody else. I want that hate to end with me. I do have violent intrusive thoughts though.

How bad were u bullied, mine was 95% verbal but I had to fight my bullies a few times and peed in one bullys water bottle after i skipped pe class and went through his bag

Pretty bad, both physically and verbally consistently.

I wish I only got verbally bullied. All my bullying was physical and verbal. I’m traumatised for life

For me when i was a kid it was 75% physical but when i was a teen 95% verbal
