I descended so hard since my peak in 2025

Honestly even after increasing my height from 165 to 171-2cm barefoot I think i am actually in my lowest smv since i took the blackpill.

I am now fat. 62kg at 171cm. Bodyfat probably 25%. And i can feel it. Even though my height is better my face is much worse.
Gone are my hollow cheeks and instead i look like a mr beast clone.
Need to loose weight fast but i can barely do 15 or more pushups or even walk longer than 30 minutes at 6km/h currently.

Hop on a deficit and just walk, 30 minutes is fine. Drink lots of water also. I've lost 27 pounds that way.

I need to lose 10kg.
Pre my LL i was 52-3kg. I was peak lean. Even if it was very lean and skinny, beeing skinny and lean mogs.
Now I am 62kg and just skinny fat

Three months. I did get off track a couple of times, hard to resist junk food you know? If you're consistent and just eat a decent amount of protein and get some cardio in, you'll lose weight pretty fast. I'm trying to get lean too brocel.
