@RuudVanNistelrooy Worst mistake. I can't eat a fucking apple or any fruit or any bread or anything with starch, not even taters.

even worse, some things should also be consumed moderately like onions (except the green ones) and peanuts because they can kick you out of ketosis if consumed in large amounts.

What I eat is, besides steak is nothing short of dog food. basically cheese meat eggs and a side of salad. mixing chard or spinach with meat, using animalic ghee, it's literally dog food.



Just ordered keto pastry today and it will reach tomorrow, and even though it is keto, you cannot eat more than 1 piece because the amount of carbs can easily kick you out of the diet.


until now, I only lost water weight with minimal fat losses, before dieting I was 84 kgs, after dieting I'm 76.5 kgs, I've been on keto for like 2 months though and I even subbed in a gym recently.

I don't know why I'm not losing weight, I could easily lose weight in my teen years or my early 20s, now it's ass-fucking and keep in mind that my daily caloric intake is hovering between 1100-1450 kcals + fucking ketosis and I'm 176 cm so that is like atleast 800 or 900 kcals deficit, I get fatigue, headaches and hunger waves yet I'm still stuck at ~77kgs.


fuck the dieting shit all these weight loss methods are cope, the only legit way you can lose weight is starvemaxxing.

Limiting yourself like that is not good. Avoid sweets and you'll lose a ton of weight.

I can't imagine losing weight if I'm out of keto, I mean I got as little as 20 grams of net carbs a day and yet I'm still not losing weight, imagine getting the rda carbs of 100 grams, I probably would gain weight. I can't believe my genetics and bmr are that bad :cryfeels:


and btw my caloric intake of 1100-1450 kcals is dead accurate, I even bought an electronic food scale and started logging the shit I eat for a month.

it just doesn't work bros, just starve yourself and save time, money and effort :cryfeels:

out of your reply's point, I think keto, carnivore or the low carb copes got 3 or 4 things that need to be addressed and I found no one addressed these points or avoids talking about it just because of their coping so I want to address them:

1-if weight loss is a target with these diets, then weight loss in the beginning will be mostly water weight loss due to emptying stored glycogen, and so it is for a good period of time after that it will become even more difficult to lose weight, unlike weight loss with a balanced defecit diet based on experience.

2-"more energy" is just a myth, actually you'll be less energetic but your insulin won't fluctuate much, so you'll actually have a non fluctuating energy and no drop zones at the cost of not having your maximum energy at any time even after consuming a meal like you do with a balanced diet, that is the importance of glycogen, it's fast, and those are the exact reasons why these diets are horrible for anything that isn't cutting, horrible for any form of training or excersize or sports.

3- for the same reasons discussed in po. no.2, fatigue and headache won't go away.
(speaking from the experience of someone who is in ketosis right now) your body will need more electrolytes and water in keto and much much more magnesium if you don't want to get "fatigue and headaches"
furthermore, reactive hypoglycemia and postprandial hypotension will brick you up after a keto meal worse than a meal with carbs, especially if you do any form of fasting to pair with it.

4-the most important thing is you're wasting a lot of money, meat isn't cheap, right but you have to have meat anyways, still you have to consume double or triple times the amount you consume on a regular diet, which is nonsense since all that protein is going to be stored as fat or used as fuel.


the bigger problem however is diet-specific products which are complete scams.
I've ran into these shits called "keto fats" like coconut fat at the supermarket, I was like wtf is a keto fat? this diet is literally about increased fat/protein to carb consumption, and oils contribute a non existent raise in GI and blood sugar, theoritically any fat should fucking work, how people can be this dumb is beyond any reason. it got to the point of seeing these fats as expensive as premium e.v.o.o.

I do get the fact that animalic fats can be better, no one wants a cheap seedoil, but at this time they're getting as expensive as E.V.O.O., this concept is not niche or a hidden knowledge it's literally so mainstream that you got fast food joints using tallow at this moment.


Milk is a big one, raw cow milk and people who are obsessed with raw milk are one of the most hilarious things I have ever ran into online. dairy products are so superior to milk they got more nutrient density and you can eat as little of them to gain more benefits of milk with less of the hormonal traces from milk itself. nobody wants to talk about cottage cheese or goat cheese but instead keep talking about raw milk because cheese is "processed" yet their main argument against pasteurization is the loss of a tiny amount of nutrients, and their main argument against vegans is that "animalic product processing is very minimal so it's ok to eat"


tl;dr there's just so much bs and cope with these diets people legit think it will transform them to chads. I've seen chads eating garbage stuffed between two pieces of bread for a living.

if you calculate, a person should easily lose 2 or 3 kgs more on such a diet for two months.

that drop from 84 to 77 means nothing, 84 is filled weight, -2kgs, -4kgs of water due to keto depletion, thats already 78 kgs, that means I lost a maximum of 1-2 kgs of fat after eating like an Auschwitz slave (1100-1400 kcal ) for two months.

I think its more of a lifestyle and health thing. With weight loss as a benefit. Many folks claim various cures of stuff like diabetes and arthritis...

That will be a disaster you're going to get 25 grams per 100 at most and as high as 350 kcals with much fat or even carbs. you're never going to hit your rda protein if you eat burger patties or off the shelf stuff unless you spend on isos.

Seafood has magnesium. Supplements are cope. Spinach is poisonous and pretty much not bioavailable for humans. You do you though.

People get sick from eating tuna everyday that's true, can't back this up but apparently it's not because of mercury, but due to the heavy metals from the tuna cans.

I've been getting up to 140 grams in a 1400 day. and I still can't lose weight for shit. how is that magical or healthy there's nothing magical or healthy about these diets it's just a myth. I'd rather sulekmaxx and eat slop but control it and get enough protein + training after finishing with this diet plan. it's literally the most sane and cheapest option.

Sulek is severely obese and will die in his 30s if he even makes it there. You can't out-train a bad diet. I don't train at all, I still eat fruit from time to time and have never been leaner.
 
There’s this supplement I’ve been taking called lx-62 it’s a estrogen blocker and some what of a fat burner, but it’s really good at suppressing hunger if you have those sugar cravings!

I’m doing atkins right now so far I’ve lost 40lbs by taking lx-62 and just walking for 10,000 steps a day around my neighborhood along with a 20 hour fast windows with a 4 hour eating window I eat about two meals a day and that’s it. Since i don’t know you personally we should consider your age since it’s pretty important because of metabolism and what not.

I also want to get my hands on wegovy as well.

Do 5-2 diet. Find out what your maintenance calories would be at your ideal weight that you want to maintain, then eat roughly that many calories per day for 5 days of the week. Then on the weekend do a water fast. Don't drink your calories and it's easy. You should still try to stay under 130 grams of carbs and even ideally under 100 (but above 70), but it doesn't actually matter. Use something like https://cronometer.com/ to track what you eat and develop a good general diet plan. You don't have to be strict at all with this diet, can eat tasty foods and can still lose weight easily.

One kg of fat is approximately 9k calories (4100x2.2). Something is very off. You must be miscounting calories.
