@RuudVanNistelrooy Worst mistake. I can't eat a fucking apple or any fruit or any bread or anything with starch, not even taters.
even worse, some things should also be consumed moderately like onions (except the green ones) and peanuts because they can kick you out of ketosis if consumed in large amounts.
What I eat is, besides steak is nothing short of dog food. basically cheese meat eggs and a side of salad. mixing chard or spinach with meat, using animalic ghee, it's literally dog food.
Just ordered keto pastry today and it will reach tomorrow, and even though it is keto, you cannot eat more than 1 piece because the amount of carbs can easily kick you out of the diet.
until now, I only lost water weight with minimal fat losses, before dieting I was 84 kgs, after dieting I'm 76.5 kgs, I've been on keto for like 2 months though and I even subbed in a gym recently.
I don't know why I'm not losing weight, I could easily lose weight in my teen years or my early 20s, now it's ass-fucking and keep in mind that my daily caloric intake is hovering between 1100-1450 kcals + fucking ketosis and I'm 176 cm so that is like atleast 800 or 900 kcals deficit, I get fatigue, headaches and hunger waves yet I'm still stuck at ~77kgs.
fuck the dieting shit all these weight loss methods are cope, the only legit way you can lose weight is starvemaxxing.
