It just leads to them being worshipped and their actions being overlooked no matter what they do. They could commit actions like rape, murder, genocide, various acts of sadism, etc. But if an ugly villain does something like rape, it’s all that character will be remembered for.
If I didn’t know the blackpill then I’d fail to understand how people find characters like Soldier boy or Negan charming. They’d be insanely annoying. No ugly man could get away with having a personality like that.
