I have no idea brocel, I really don't. The only things I think could explain this is:
1)Most people simply had better childhoods than us. For example, when I talked to some normie former classmates what they hated about school, their responses were shit like "Oh yeah, the teachers were bitches," or "The bitches in our class were stupid, obsessed with make-up and gossip, and whatever," meanwhile my response would be saying that the time when I got followed home by a group of eight people loudly making fun of me and asking me if I've figured out what the thing between my legs was and what was it for kinda made me scared of going home at that specific time and day knowing that they were also doing so. Incel childhoods =/= normie childhoods.
2)When they do have bad memories of school, just like us, they repress them. We do this as well, but since they inevitably have fewer bad memories, the effect is much greater for them, while we still remember, no matter how much we manage to forget, that school was hell.
3)Nostalgia. No matter what, the agepill is bound to eventually hit you, and you start fondly looking back at the youth you've lost, when you were still young, strong, cute, and with seemingly endless possibilities in front of you.
4)And above all, the general loss of memory. The amount of memories you lose going from childhood, through adolescence and into adulthood is absolutely insane. Just massive, entire chunks of life gone.
And all of that mixes together to create this effect. The average normie leaves school already having better memories of it then we do. Then, they lose 90%+ of their memories of it, everything about the cliques, the small acts of bullying, the insults, the everyday nastiness that actually made school unbearable for the less fortunate students. Then, they repress their memories of the bigger things they witnessed and some things that personally happened to them. Then, the agepill hits and then start nostagically remembering their childhoods, making this part of their lives seem much better than it was. This gets even stronger when they themselves have kids, if they don't already have them, nostalgia hits them double while mixing with protective instincts towards their children and hope that they'll have good lives and good childhoods, and boom, the people who once understood the intricacy and cruelty of classroom politics fully become the next batch of adults who truly believe it when people talk about the "innocent little angels" who need to be protected from the cruel world and who would never do anything nasty unless they were "groomed" for that.

As an autist ive learned to ignore peoples emotional displays, since its mostly "intentional display" aka they show emotions to fit in or for specific reasons. Going back to my example, all of these people just move on from shit once the culture has moved on (or rather the media tells them to stop caring by not reporting on it anymore).
