I swear everyone I know who has an entry level job that's not factory or Amazon warehouse didn't have to look for it. They all got it proposed from their friends or family who worked there. I'm starting to suspect that these places don't hire from public applications anymore unless you're a good-looking foid. Getting a job in a fucking café or store has become an impossible task.

Since women have taken over the hiring process in HR, especially in sales, it's become practically impossible for men of below-average looks to find a job. While there are still opportunities for manual labor, these are also dwindling for the same reasons. It's really depressing. I just want a fucking job, lady, not your number. I also think AI plays a big role in this. It's really strange - before 2025, I could easily find a new job within just two weeks. I walk down the city and just look into the shops: bakeries, wine shops, pubs, small cafes, restaurants - and I see mostly women employed. It's over for salesmen. The only thing I'm hoping for is either that I work up the courage and go ropemaxxing, or that I get drafted into war and just run into enemy fire on the front lines. I'm sick of this clown world.

Yes. In other words, give up on anything that requires approval from other people and work on your own. An incel will never get accepted by another person. But it's a huge gamble that needs years of preparation, and you still need a job in the meanwhile. Starting a business is not a viable strategy for most people.
