Venting I can't even afford a haircut at the moment

I am NEET and much of my welfare bux goes on paying my credit cards from when I was a gambling addict, I pay around $189 on credit card payments per month.

I probably could get away with not paying my credit cards due to being unemployed but I am too high inhib to that that due to the letters they will send me.

Welfare people in my country get a bonus in mid July so until then I can't afford anything, not even a bottle of Fanta.
