I am gonna get hate this for but i pre ordered ninja gaiden 4

I know its very hypocritical for me to pre order a game when i criticise normies for doing so. But this is ninja gaiden normies can't beat these games. Its not a soulslike where you can grind and get overpowered, It is ninja gaiden it will require reflexes and skills which normies will lack. and the reason i preordered because i am just on fatigue in gaming i don't like anything there has been no game which has capitvated my interest like this one. I know protoganist is a twink but you can replay the whole game as ryu as well. Gameplay looks sick some of the shit looks insane like skating on a drill conveting your dual sword into a odachi and that boss with one arm looks fun to fight. This will be a game which i will replay multiple times and finish it on master ninja difficulty. Idk why i did this but my life is pretty shitty as i have a account here and nothing good happens in it and this feels like only good thing that can keep me coping

i still think it does not look like a ninja gaiden game enemies do seem bit passive. But i know it will be a pretty good hack and slash

With Ninja Gaiden you know what youre paying for. You know the gameplay and game mechanics, if its worth for you, why not.

Except it's not made by same devs. Yeah it's Team Ninja but feels like it's the same dev in the name only. And nu-platinum joining as co-worker team is worrying as they haven't made anything good in more than a half decade. I haven't played Bayo 3 so i can't comment on that.

From gameplay videos it seems pretty similar to previous titles, but yeah until you play it yourself and feel controls and enemy ai cant really tell.

I don't like huge empty open spaces with lame sci fi neons (at least it's not 100% of locations this time), it's obvious that level designers were Platinum games along with Team Ninja, as Platinum they love those lame battle areas that could only work for their own games.

Same, for harder battle system, narrower maps makes more sense
