I watched some highlights of Netherlands vs. Morocco, and the announcer said twice how some players were actually Dutch nationals but due to their background they were playing for Morocco. Maybe it was about the same person both times idk, but the point remains.

I knew even before this that the majority of the team were born abroad and then went back to play for the country their parents abandoned. How ungrateful do you have to be to grow up in a European country, suck all the social benefits, and then stab them in the back… "oh actually I love my sandnigger shithole more than this racist colonial paradise"

That's not even touching on how ridiculous teams like France import the majority of their players from Africa. That's not even a French team anymore. I am hoping my niggas Paraguay can pull off another upset, but it's unlikely

I believe that for Canada and US, countries that were to some degree always multicultural, it doesn't really matter who they use. But for countries that built off a culture and ethnicity, they should be obligated to use a majority of players of that background.

A good example of this from within Europe is Croatia, which proved in 2018 that you don't need to import Africans or Muslims to be a stellar team.
