Depends on your height too to maintain it's weight, Your 6.4 so your body is longer and need more fhan my 5.11 body lmao

I used to not eat for a day rhen eat the next day but not go all out

I am extremely skinny because I only eat one meal per day since I never feel hungry for some reason.
 
You have to ditch processed foods for the most part.
