You need to find a hobby you can fully indulge into, that distracts you from any other thoughts.
I figured that during the times I didn't have to think about inceldom, dating, love etc. were my happiest.
It's just up to you to find that one hobby/thing that works for you.
Might aswell make it the meaning of your life if you have nothing else going for you.

The problem is when nothing is enjoyable, so I turn to drugs

Temporary happiness is not happiness

Temporary happiness is not happiness
If that was the case people wouldnt get drunk or take drugs. It's about living in the moment and enjoying yourself without regard for the past or future.

I just buy expensive stuff to feel better about myself

This is true, but at the same time, I don't have the energy or motivation to engage in any hobby, at least not with any regularity. Nothing seems appealing. Everything feels like it takes way too much energy for minimal reward.

Those examples more akin to temporary pleasure than legitimate happiness, though.

Try out new things then.

I dont think that there is no real difference between those too. There is nothing like constant happiness without beein constantly high on morphium and always higher the dosis until you die. There is no constant happiness always just little kicks

I'm not distinguishing between "genuine happiness" and "short lived pleasure" based on them being constant. The example of substance abuse doesn't provide someone with any deeper satisfaction (it's an extremely shallow activity, pure hedonism), and results in diminishing returns over time as tolerance builds. "Genuine happiness", in this case, isn't necessarily constant either, but it is a lot more sustainable and provides a deeper sense of meaning or purpose. Things like engaging with hobbies as OP described I would consider to be a form of happiness, even if they don't bring constant pleasure.

I think consuming as well as creating art (this includes for me music, literature or cinematography), sport and drugs are the best options, maybe also working if you can find a job which you enjoy doin

I dont think that there is smth deeper satisfication, you are satisfied or you arent.
A deep sense or meaning isnt required. You only search for a reason, sense whatever when you are unhappy, thats why there cant be a happy philosopher. Shallow and deep are only aestetics and have no meaning in the "actual" world. If your needs are satsified you are happy and it doesnt matter if the way of satisfying them is aestetically good or bad.

Disagree based on personal experience. Hedonistic activities like watching porn or drinking alcohol are activities provide nothing more than pleasure. Activities like programming or practicing guitar provide a sense of progression and pride. I feel better after having done them, not just good in the moment. They are also more sustainable as I don't develop a tolerance like I do with the latter two. I don't think that pleasure inherently equals satisfaction, and I don't think that depth is just some "aesthetic" with no greater impact.

distraction is good

Disagree based on personal experience. I never experienced any difference between pleasure and satisfacation.

I can feel somewhat happy by indulging in copes but it never lasts.

What drug can give me enough dopamine to enjoy stuff without killing me ?

Eating junk food unfortunately bad long term

Just sleep eat repeat. Like you are in a prison cell.

Crazy that I clicked on this thread right after I told Dollfucker the same thing. I 110% agree! Hobbies genuinely do add happiness and purpose to your life. That's why it's one way to help treat addiction.

The motivation for hobbies run out when you don’t have anything going on in your life it just turns into stagnation

Electrolytes, caffeine, l-theanine, b complex (optional).
Mix them in water in the correct ratio and drink every 10-15 minutes.
The downside is that you'll need about 30min more to catch up on sleep because caffeine will disrupt your sleep.
