Serious How to accept that I’m an adult with overwhelming problems and responsibilities?

I have so many things in my mind lately and so many problems that can’t be fixed which I have to take the responsibilities.

I currently have 3 legal and 2 financial problems from both myself and people around me. Oh, and also a chronic disease

I can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel as if I’m running in a treadmill.

Is this how being an adult feeling like? Middle life crisis as a 21 years old.
