Serious how the fuck do you even get an internship for a tech job

every fucking time either i don't get shortlisted or i can't get past the first round fucking leetcode niggers everywhere fucking 1000 people and you have a chance of 1/1000 of being selected by a company and everytime a company comes they want only the higher gpa niggers or girls what the fuck is there to do anyway. you never got a chance to begin with i'm just filling forms for internships which i'm 100% confident i will never fucking get .
it's a cry for help does anybody know anything about getting an internship(online doesn't count)
