Yeah, they often use diagnosis like this to entrap people. Notice how the language is phrased in such a way as to cause a knee jerk reaction of defending your own experiences. They’re trying to make you question your own ability to asses and analyse your situation, which is textbook gaslighting. How the field of (((psychology))) hasn’t eaten itself yet with all of the glaring harm and contradictions is beyond me.
