Discussion How low is your social anxiety/self esteem?

Mine are so low that they have started to dig holes underneath me. I've tried all the advice normies will give you.

"Get out of your comfort zone and talk to people" whenever I go try to talk to anyone they either just completely ignore me or they barely give any sort of response.

"Tell yourself positive thoughts about yourself instead of negative ones" maybe this works for normies/midwits but I do this and I know I'm just lying to myself which actually just makes everything worse.

At this point I've given up on actually getting better because I know my brain is permanently wrecked. Any effort I've given to try to befriend people has only ended in failure. I'm probably worse off now than when I started listening to normies and people in my family.

But people say I have dead eyes, I'm anxious and my self esteem is low.

I have schizophrenia.
I don't have dead eyes, I kill depression, my self esteem is "I'm better than all of you faggots test me motherfuckers." typa.

People are fuck ups they tell you shit, no wonder you have low self esteem about yourself. But I kill people. They're depression.
