As mentioned previously, facial surgery is expensive and a lot of it is just cope anyway. If your chin/jaw is your bad feature, surgery is a godsend - most of these procedures work excellently. If it's something like close set eyes, no hunter eyes, long midface, subhuman zygos etc...your options are a lot more limited, requiring either surgery that is so risky only the insane would do it (and no surgeon would ethically perform it for cosmetic reasons), to surgeries that just give plain mediocre results.

Escortcelling is fun, but it's a cope like any other. Go for it if you like it but it doesn't replace proper attraction.
