So, how far can plastic surgery go in fixing our faces?

Some people here have already had plastic surgery, and I'd be interested in knowing their experiences.

Plastic surgery just seems really.... iffy, at the moment. It often looks horrible. On top of that, it's ridiculously expensive.

Do any of you plan to get plastic surgery, and if so how will you get the necessary $$$?

Some of those pics are probably fake.

End of the day you need to be honest with yourself based on what your goals are. Plastic surgery may improve your looks (assumption), but going from a 1/10 to a 2/10 isn't going to help you get a girlfriend. I say it's really more for those who look normal, have good lives but just want to enhance it and become more attractive than they already are.

I've never seen a legit truecel ascend through plastic surgery. The irony being that the day it becomes achievable, the goal post will probably move further up.

I'm actually not ugly at all. i just got acne scars and that fucked me up. i also have more body hair than i would like. i might get the lasik too. i think at any age as long as you don't over do it it can improve your life. I've seen my moms 40 something year old friends get boobjobs and they were happy with the results and even i thought they looked better. I've seen my sisters friends get nose jobs and they looked better. my grandparents have 60-70 year old friends that get botox and it helps somewhat. i think if you can afford it you should do it. all that matters is looks and anything you can do to improve them is a good thing in my opinion.
