how do you deal with annoying/abusive family members

i am poor and live with my parents and sister. i am bigger and stronger than her and every time she says stupid shit to me i have an overwhelming urge to strike her down but if i do i will at the least get kicked out and probably police will come i will be felon and life ruined. wish we can turn back time to a day where you could smack some sense into women
