How do i stop drinking ?

I feel as if i crossed the line by drinking everyday.
I‘ve gotten used to drink daily, but since this makes me dependent on alcohol, i can’t stand life sober anymore. Everything around me annoys me, feels loud and annoying, but when i am drunk, i feel very chill.

Now this makes it very hard for me to stop the consume.

When I want to stop drinking for the night, I usually stop thinking about it, and reach for my water bottle, instead. Seems to work, at least until the next evening.
