I want to change my steam country of origin,to get games times cheaper.Its kinda unfair,im in EE and Russians get games times cheaper than me despite being the same income.I know I might get my account banned but fuck it.

Please don't use some free VPN, because all valve does it track any known free VPN IPs (that's how this forum prevents users from signing up with VPNs).

Just get a good VPN service that gives unique-ish IP addresses and you should be good.
