SSRIs did not help in my own case, although SSRIs used to leave me on a "coma" whenever I went to sleep ebery night and that's the only aspect I actually miss about SSRI antidepressants.

Antipsychotics contributed to my cognitive decline before the pandemic. I haven't fully recovered from the loss of speech eloquence.

Ideally, a solution that does not directly involve the consumption of drugs like other types of antidepressants.

Exposure therapy, piss people off in public, get someone angry at you, once you keep up that lowers inhibition

I have been exposing myself to people since my high school years and I still feel the same degree of anxiety whenever confronting other people (mainly strangers although I do not easily develop familiarity with acquietances except for my parents). The stuttering part has actually worsened by my early twenties, however.

All the exposure to social interactions in school, college, jobs i had didn't help me much. I ended up high inhib and very paranoid.

Could this be a case of being neurodivergent? I was diagnosed with autism initially but some people on here have called me a normie in a few occasions. I believe I'm neurotypical and, honestly, I would rather prefer to believe so.

I was diagnosed with autism initially (before my psychosis misdiagnosis in my teen years) but some people on here have called me a normie in a few occasions. Well, I will say I do believe I'm neurotypical and, honestly, I would rather prefer to believe so.

There is no solution. It’s not up to you to decide, it’s normies decision. If you’re socially awkward, it’s a direct result of negative reinforcement which you receive from other people. Is Chad socially awkward? No. Thats because he receives positive affirmation

yes, though there are some low inhib autists like Chris Chan types. Schizophrenia also the case.
I am not schizophrenic because that would entail experiencing hallucinations. I don't.

My mother dismissed my childhood autism diagnosis back in 2003. She couldn't believe it, and that is kind of understandable. However, I began to suspect there was something wrong with myself by the time I started high school.

Well. You can’t change being Non-NT either.
