Serious How can I make myself vomit?

My bouts of depression are getting more and more intense, and for some reason I feel a trigger that makes me want to vomit, but I can't. Has anyone else experienced this?

I vomited in childhood when i suffered an impact to my stomach from falling. Maybe punching your upper stomach could help?

I must admit that my cynicism is so annoying

Ok. but maybe try strong alcohol first if you want to vomit really. it always has worked for me in the end. it wouldnt be nice if some organ got damaged from trauma or something.
