I get jealous when I see Foids working out at Gym. They've got legs and some are pretty strong. I wonder how can I get more thick legs without getting fat belly? I train legs all the time at the Gym and I split biceps with triceps. I also eat much carbs usually. Upper body slowly is growing but can't see any change on my legs at all after 1.5 years.
