Hmm maybe I need to take life more seriously

I’m starting to think that I’m prone to excessive self hatred to the point it’s kind of jester. If I took myself more seriously (easier said than done considering people oftentimes see me as a joke) perhaps I would actually put real effort in life

Is this the social outcast > jester > apathetic loser who treats his own life like a comedy movie pipeline

I suppose it could be said that I take life rather seriously—but it doesn't really get me anywhere. It's still nice, though, so do what you wish.

For me it's the opposite. I shouldn't take life so seriously.
