Serious high inhib and low inhib

i am just scared in social settings. i constaly feel everyone is looking at me and judging me the way i walk, speak, and carry myself. inread an thread about high inhib , and the replies were heorin, rope and psychedlics. do inhave high inhib which barrs me from any social interaction. if so how i do decrease it? thankyou boyos

getting rid of high inhibition is impossible imo, unless you want to be drunk 24/7, but i guess exposing yourself to uncomfortable situations all the time could help
