High-inhib and low-inhib at the same time?

It seems I possess a dichotomy in behaviour - while I am often reticent, especially in front of a woman, guarding details of my life as insignificant as what book I'm currently reading, I also have a tendency to act very impulsive, to the point where I have gotten into serious trouble.

Does anyone else experience this? What does this mean?

Well, everything about me seems to manifest as a polarity, so you may not be wrong. However, the symptoms I possess have been with me since I was born, long before the onset of 25.
