Help me deciding on which zombie survival game to buy

Recently I caught the urge to play some zombie/monster survival game, I've been thinking about either of these:

a) DayZ, I've been hearing good things about this game + it seems like you can plant vegetables in there which is something that I love doing in survival games, but for some retarded reason it doesn't have proper single-player mode, if you want to play solo then you either have to set up dedicated server (which still requires internet connection) or use some janky mod/third party launchers.
Online-only games are huge redflag to me.

b) State of Decay 2, it looks interesting but huge part of gameplay seems to be managing survivors, many of which are niggers, women and nigger women and I'm not sure if I feel like playing jewish NY landlord simulator.

c) Sons of the Forest, the forest wasn't bad but sequel seems to be primed for "forever early access" which I hate.

d) Metal Gear: Survive, it got a lot of hate for being dumb spin-off I've heard it's not that bad of a game.

Sons of the forest it is then. I generally hate multiplayer games so lack of multiplayer isn't a problem.

I heard it's a good game but I'm not a big fan of games from this perspective.

I bought it many years ago when it was cheap and in early alpha, probably my favourite game for base building. Although, I kind of liked it better back when it was just "minecraft with zombies", back during first releases.

Alternatively you could also pick up Resident Evil 2 remake. Most of the enemies you encounter are zombies as well.

Tbh I'm not a fan of REmakes, or recent wave of various remakes in general.

Dayz barely has zombies it's mainly about survival of elements and other players the zombies are nothing in the game

It's my favourite tactical shooter. The game's location is US based and it has all of the real life weapons in the game with countless attachments. And the gameplay is very fun you'll never get bored of it
