Having to avoid people when around people is torture

People are always everywhere. And they are always looking at your face to tell that you are ugly. I hate sitting in the lunch/lounge room at work because they can see me. I wonder ways that I can avoid them altogether and make it easier for my mind. I don’t even want our consciousnesses to cross.

Going out's practically useless, unless it's to get to work / school, etc. Besides that... it's a waste of energy. I only go out for beer now. Humans are despicable.

I have 5 bottles of vodka ordered to my doorstep tomorrow, I don't even go out for alco anymore, yumans instantly put me in a foul mood.

I live in supported housing so I don't have many options. You can get help moving on but I'm not really mentally/financially up to it rn. There's just been a change in housemates though and things are a bit better now.
