It's technically more than 2 weeks if you add i only brush at night sometimes. So maybe 10 years of poor hygiene.

Obviously depression as I don't want to get up despite the tar on my teeth.

During a period in my childhood I must have gone months without brushing my teeth because I simply forgot jfl.

Today I brush at least once a week, there is no point in brushing every day, I won't kiss any girl and several of my teeth are already damaged, I'm ugly, etc... over.

I used to be like this, I think… until my gums became so painful that I couldn’t eat.

Now I brush twice a day and floss once a day.

Hopefully you alter your habits before that day comes. Or maybe you have a superior diet or genetics.
