I am one fat fucker (5’5 200 pounds) and I’m tired of being such a fat cunt so I want to fast and lose weight. If I eat 500-700 calories a day how quickly can I expect to lose weight?
 
Yeah I have water fasted. It's pretty neat for weight loss but it sucks ass to do
 
I am muslim and i dont recommend fasting to lose weight. Instead just eat healthy and do cardio and eat small amounts through-out the day
 
Yes but I made it 2 days and binge ate, I walked into McDonalds and ordered a large Big Mac meal, 20 box of nuggets, a chicken burger and a double cheeseburger ate it, chilled for a few hours then went to the grocery store and stocked up on crisps, chocolate and fuck loads of junk food and binge ate that too.

I find cookmaxxing shit like chicken and protein bloatmaxx to feel super full with not as much calories.

I used to go long periods of time without eating when I was hooked on smack. I'm 5'9 110 lbs now.
 
I went one day without eating and bit my tongue so hard in my sleep in started bleeding.
 
You gonna lose weight but it's a torture. Double sucks when you're incel and can't even use comfort food to cope with inceldom. Don't expect to lose a lot quick, it's a long, slow, and painful process. Last time I spent 5 days of not eating (0 calories) and ran 2 miles every day, only lost 15 pounds after all that suffering.
 
my best is a 2 day dry fast. Doesn’t feel too bad once you’re past the hunger phase it’s not do bad.

I tried fasting after reading about it in /fit in 4chan, i also drank salts to take care of electrolytes, and i shited myself just when i arrived home. Never doing it again.
 
I am on keto since 2.5 months. Lost a lot.

My first fast was only three days and it was very unpleasant.

My second was five days and it was much easier but finding sleep on an empty stomach was quite hard. It was the only issue though as I actually felt pretty good during the last day. I should have kept going. Oh well, I guess I can try again someday.

ill write you a quick weight loss plan, you dont need to workout but will speed up weight loss and make you feel better will being low calorie intake;

fasting is a very very good way to lose weight alongside low calorie

you dont need to go stupid low eg 500 kcals a day, around 1200 you will lose weight and not too much muscle, also its a misnomer lesser kcals = quicker weight loss, if you go too low your metabolism gets fucked and your WEIGHT LOSS SLOWS S THE BODY IS SHOCKED AND CONSERVES FAT TO SURVIVE.

plan;
1200kcals a day maximum 100 200 below or above doesnt matter
fasting around 16 hours a day optimum but minimum 12 ok;
lots of water eg around 4 litres a day can put pop in just drink a fuck tonne of favourite calorie free drink
try and find low sugar things you really like, my personal favourites are peanut butter, greek yoghurt, cheese ok if within kcals, crisps, you can have these just be under kcals per day.
design your eating around what you like just low sugar is key, fat is ok just within 1200 kcals, fat is actually good along with protein as lowers Glycocemic index of food and slows down absorption lowers blood sugar, insulin lowering.

execution:
what i find works;
fast overnight and into mid afternoon eg 10pm to 1 or 2pm next day, the key is to drink a shit tonne in the morning, you wont feel hungry if you drink 2 litres during this period, and will enjoy if it is your favourite flavoured drink.
try coffee in the morning during the fast to boost dopamine and speed up metabolism, this also helps time go quicker as coffee excited the brain caffeine in coffee

meals try stick to 3x 400kcal meals high protein over 30g a meal, low sugar, highish fat highish carbs , just be under 400kcals a meal after 2pm.

if you do it right it wont be much of a change you wont "feel" like your dieting as you have foods you crave somewhat eg crisps and peanut butter etc. you just need to do the fasting and be below 1200kcals to see good results pretty quick

reason for coffee (see above) during fasting, I find if you have a big shot during the fast eg during the morning/afternoon, time kind of speeds up as you are on a kind of caffeine high during these 4-5 hours.

only draw back is a bit of drowsiness comedown and boredom later in the day eg after 5pm but then your winding down the day anyway

just ready for the NEXT SHIT DAY

fun fact i did this also as a sui attempt about 10 years ago i auschwitz maxxed and tried to starve and tried to dehdrate myself to death over 3 or 4 days
 
That's a bit extreme. Do 20 hour fasts instead. Just eat for 4 hours per day and drink lots of water. It's a lot easier to do and you feel good. You can eat what you want in those 4 hours because there's a natural limit of how much you can eat in a set time period. And you don't tend to compensate for the missed meals, your body gets used to not eating and your stomach contracts.

Also lift if you can to minimise muscle loss. Losing weight at 500-700 calories rate will leave you with loose skin.
