Has anyone had sleep paralasis its when you sleeping and you cant move.
So i have exprienced 2 version there was one example is when i was younger, i was a sleep, my consious was awake i was dreaming, i was trying to wake up. But i couldnt, i believe i could still feel my body but i coudnt move, i tried moving but i just couldnt, could it be my body was too tired.
So what you have is a consious in a dream or nightmare, and a paralysized body. The only way to wake ip is too force your self, or to continue sleeping and you'll wake up later: usually morning. Theres another one where your sleep, and then suddenly you cant breath, but eventually you end up opening you're eyes and breathing, only to close your eyes and exprience it again moments later.i have exprience this in the morning. usually cause of tiredness i have exprience this. But some say it could be an evil spirit choking you like this image

I had it a couple of weeks ago. I get it quite a lot, I usually get it when I am suddenly awoken by a nightmare or a noise.

Nope, but tbh, at this point I'd love to try out what it's like. Nothing interesting ever happens in my life anyway, this could be a fun experience.

Do you think its a demon choking you, did you ever exprience being stuck inside your dream/nightmare etc

Yes. Multiple times. Each time j get it I can't open eyes and have feeling that ghosts are flying around me

A few days ago I had that situation. I was falling asleep and I woke up with full consciousness, but I wasn't able to move then.

Nah, science explains why sleep paralysis happens.

"During the rapid eye movement (REM) sleep stage, you're likely to have dreams. The brain prevents muscles in your limbs from moving to protect yourself from acting dreams out and hurting yourself. Sleep paralysis happens when you regain awareness going into or coming out of REM."

I've had crazy gruesome dreams and sleep paralysis all my life, I actually enjoy them now as they are the only thing that makes my heart beat faster

Plenty of times ever since I was a kid

It’s allowed me to enter lucid dream like stages easier too

No thank God , i hear they are terrifying.

It's also called "old hag sydrome". Basically it's the fear of disgusting roastie foids and not being able to get away from them.

I had one where I was in a loop trying to get up from bed, shit was so real

Yes especially as a kid but I've had them lately too causing me to wake up alot at night

Do you sleep late, i used to like at 10 but noe its 11 or over

I thought I was being abducted

I do remember a distant memory of being stuck in a dream somewhat where I was trying to wake myself up but couldn't so maybe that counts?
