In a previous post, I said my family has a decent plot of land in the middle of the woods in a sparsely populated state in the US, honestly, if this site is still up and I’m still here in 6-8 years I might start the project? Cool idea, but communes generally fail and entrepreneurial endeavors involving ANCAP type villages also fail pretty quickly.
Honestly these types of projects o ly work with people you personally know very well. Internet anons usually don't fit that criteria.
