I don't mean acne, when i say i have bad skin i mean it looks like shit for whatever reason. Full of imperfections, uneven skin tone, blackheads, looks old etc

It's been almost a decade since i've been supplementing, eating well, trying different skin care products/routines and my skin has never improved in any way, it still gets mogged by the average normie who parties, drinks, smokes and eats pizza

I've even been sleeping 8-9 hours a day for almost a decade and I still have dark circles under my eyes. I swear some people are just fucking cursed, genetics are EVERYTHING @ReturnOfSaddam

Tagging some niggas who i know have tried self improooving @Transcended Trucel @Diocel

I have gotten my dry skin fixed with spamming lotion 3 times a day. dark eyes I have not been able to get rid of but I noticed watching my face three times a day and consistent sleep helped somewhat. but the dark eyes problem refused to go away, it just might have improved a bit

That's been my experience for dark eyes. They're ALWAYS there, they just get way worse when i miss out on even a little bit of sleep.

Meanwhile the normies and whores who partied multiple times per week, pulled all nighters etc all had less darker eye areas :feelsUnreal:

Nope. Still have awful acne on my pale skin.

foids are very lucky on this regard, I think testosterone kinda nukes your skin quality

I was never able to ever get the kind of smoothness I see on females and children's skin, although it seems that our skin quality even being worse than theirs is more stable, they get very screwed over in the long run

My skin did improve for a while when I was gaymaxxing seriously and taking biotin and creatin.

But now I've eating so much junk food and soda that it's unfixable

I get good temporary results from using Vaseline as a moisturiser overnight then washing face with an organ face wash in the morning and then applying Sunscreen but so far no long term permanent changes.
I know this dude on YouTube his channel is More Plates More Dates and he said Retin A cream helped him a lot. But he was already a Chadlite to begin with.

high IQ same here, lotion spam helps somewhat but never to foid level

I think their skin mainly goes to shit so badly because of make up

I have shitte skin, but I've been able to somewhat improve it. Still shïttê

look up the use of vitamin c serum on skin, essentially the high price "retinol" regenerative creams that boost collagen production, are just a derivative and composed of high strength vitamin c serums

retinol serum is said to be one of the best methods of stimulating local collagen growth in skin topically applied

make your own for nothing/ very low price
i mix up some vitamin c powder which is pure ascorbic acid and can be gotten pretty cheap at myprotein etc good outlets to make a serum with distilled water, very high strength essentially retinol serum (retinol is just vitamin c).

i make mine around 1 teaspoon of vitamin c powder to 4 teaspoons water, 4 to 1

you can do variations add vitamin e oil instead of water, but you dont want fats that sit ontop of skin, you need the vitamin c to penetrate skin epidermis it needs to water soluble as water absorbs more easily and deeper.

obviously the home made serum will not be as good but if made strong enough will be pretty close and as vitamin c topically is scientifically proven to have a powerful collagen stimulating effect I think it would be better than most off the shelf creams for collagen stimulation on the facial skin.

just dont do it in the morning as it bleaches skin a bit as is acid, plus also if get sunlight on the skin with the vitamin c serum it actually accelerates aging as it oxides with the heat and effect of the u.v rays of the sun exposure. I would only use at night before bed wash face in morning.

data on collagen effect on skin by vitamin c

Not humblebragging as I'm fucked in many other areas, but skin is one of the few areas I got lucky in. That's it, I got lucky. That's all there is to it, it's a roll of the dice, nothing more. I spent years drinking, smoking, abusing hard drugs daily, eating shit food (I'm talking how an obese 11 year old American would eat if he did his own grocery shopping), literally never directly washing my face, and my skin is fine, good even. Of course I have shit facial structure which is way more important, but the point is that genetics rule all.

I have seen idiots on reddit saying people with acne should change their pillowcase every day. LMFAO.

Retina and tretinoin work but you need a prescription

You tagged the right person, crackwhore tier skin here.

Red spots all over the face and a big red line under the hairline (including the back) and behind the ears, it's ashy and oily at the same time, it's like oil on concrete, it itches and sometimes even burns and it causes like dandruff for the face, blackhead all over the nose, and some acne but not anymore cuz finished puberty. it's caused by years of non stop stress combined with bad skin genetics and on top of that im a northerner aka live near the Mediterranean sea where the climate doesn't help at all.

The solution is an expensive shampoo that i buy in bulk because there is shortages sometimes, the 100ml bottle is costs more than your average 250ml shampoo bottle, working out, clean eating, no oil, no sugar (i drink my tea with no sugar), no fast food, no chocolate, no soda, 3 to 5 carrots a day, 1g of vitamin C a day, skincare routine include cleanser, water based moisturizer, and an collagen anti aging cream all this twice a day, plus a mask twice a week, thanks god the skincare routine doesn't cost much since it lasts for like 3 months, also one pack of cigarette a day which is two packs these days which is starting to cost me money so i cut on other expenses like lunch and copes.

God dam it i hate this shit so much, sometimes i get so fed up i just drink 3 scoops of whey protein because i can't stand diet anymore which is way today was my last day at the gym, im stopping working out.
Based

I do most of what you do. What's your anti aging cream? Or what are the active ingredients that matter?
What kind of mask? Ingredients or type

Skin care doesn't cost much? :feelsmage: it's super expensive here, plenty of those facial creams cost 10-20 bucks for like a month of product. And you need several products :feelsrope:

Here's a blackpill for you, because of the right bones and flat placement, people with hunter eyes NEVER get eyebags AT ALL even if they don't sleep, and they rarely get dark circles, in fact the dark circles are only like 3mm so it looks cool not like big ones.
I've noticed that in college. Some foids with subhuman bones would have big dark circles, bad skin etc. This one foid with strong bones (like a less extreme version of the typical lookism model bones) could party 3-5 nights per week, drink tons of alcohol, barely sleep and had good skin with zero dark circles. Just what the fuck

Most women have trash skin but they hide it under make up, and don't get fooled by the foid who "don't wear make up" because they wear LIGHT make up, which is basically a naturally looking make up.
I know i've blackpilled a dude on this forum about the "no make up" make up

Also when i feel bad and eat chocolate cake and drink soda i make myself vomit right away.
ded srs?

Also why are you quitting the gym? Gyms have been closed for over a year, i feel like roping when i think about it

My skin is brown, how do I fix it?

there are skin peeling treatments which can help make you lighter a few times. also bleaching lotions but the stronger the bleaching lotion the greater risk of skin cancer.

overall I'd say it's not worth skin bleaching, unless you have good bones, height and face and only skin color/phenomenal holding you back

Does it hurt your skin in any way? I mean slight pain or something

The cream above it good for all types of skin and has vit c and acid.

It doesn't cost much since i use about the size of a peanut everyday no need for more unless you have big chad skull, i just cut expenses here and there (lunch or snacks for example and not eat until i come home) and my dad pay for my moisturizer cuz he doesn't want people to treat me badly because of acne.
Thanks for the reply broski :feelsmage:

Also based dad

i have shitty dark circles and very noticeable nasolabial folds which makes me lose my youthful look and i'm only 20 , i'm considering fillers in summer cuz i hate looking in the mirror and seeing my aged face

this is where the mixture comes in vitamin c powder is an acid, ascorbic acid remember

if it is mixed too strong it will sting like an acid sting this is over 20% strength, however just dial it back just get around a 10% vitamin c powder mix eg 1 gram per 10ml water, this should not sting, but even if its too acidic the sting is not that bad very mild.

it is very good for the skin it does 2 things

acts like a peel due to the acid nature acting as a skin cell remover removing dead cells and forcing the body to replace the lost skin

its the best stimulator of collagen much like retinol

this is why its in the most expensive skin creams

Should work then. I'm guessing I have to keep the powder out of the sun, I know that vit C gets destroyed by sunlight

every skin cream gets oxidised by the sun, anything you want to preserve needs to be in a black container out of sunlight

this also goes for the solution of vitamin c you mix up

Also i forgot it goes rancid after about 1 month use the vitamin c serum homeade in under a month

just make a new batch once a month it takes 1 minute
