I am trying to get fit for myself since being inkie is no reason to LDAR. I am pretty much anti-LDARing.
However, it's so hard brocels.
My health is shitty, my joints always hurt (arthritis), I got latent, permanent tendinopathy, and each training session is an injury roulette and I am always one rep away from messing up my wrists/etc.
But I will not give up.
Finally, I walk every day, like 15,000 steps. I got supermaxxed planatar fasciitis and it's not going away and I just learned to cope with it. I hope my plantar fascia doesn't rupture randomly.
I am pretty much against the LDAR culture here.
I love my brocels but sometimes I see posts here of gymcelling brocels that never mention pain/injuries/etc. If your body is healthy and isn't injurious so-to-speak don't take that for granted and be happy that you can exercise normally.
 
If you have a problem with joints and tendons you could buy some peptides like bpc 157 and tb 500. They’re called the wolverine stack because they help with injuries.

those peptides are pretty safe, lots of people have taken them and said it helped them with their injuries and that their pain went away. Also NEVER take steroids if you’re injury prone. They have done studies on people who take steroids and for people who don’t and they have found that steroids increase the chance of injury by A LOT. The reason for that is that your muscle becomes stronger than your tendons.

But if you absolutely don’t want to do that then here’s my advice. Train in a push pull legs split and train each muscle with 2 sets per session in the 8-12 rep range. The push pull legs split will give you 4 days of recovery with each muscle so it will give time for your muscles and tendons to recover. And the 8-12 rep range will help with your tendons growing stronger. I don’t recommend training super light because you won’t get any tendon stiffness adaptations. Once you reach 12 reps with a weight, then increase it until you get 8 reps. Also don’t train to failure, train 1-2 reps away from failure.

here’s a good program you can run:
Push day:
2 sets of a pec deck (or any exercise where you bring your arms to the midline of your body)
2 sets of shoulder press
2 sets of tricep extension

pull day:
2 sets of lat biased rows
2 sets of shrugs
2 sets of any bicep curl

leg day:
2 sets of leg extension
2 sets of leg curl
2 sets of any standing calve movement
2 sets on the adductor machine

Rest for one day and then repeat

None of these sessions will last more than 30 minutes and are easy on your body.

You could try sarms which are reported to have less side effects or any weaker steroids like anavar

I avoid most workout/gym related injuries because I go easy on my joints. I tend to do cardio such as running outside or on a treadmill/step machine. Or I swim laps in the pool.

And outside of cardio I never use free weights. Yes it is slower, but the strength/resistance training machines at the gym are way safer and you have very little chance of getting injured or damaged on them.
