it takes time to clean the shit up and I have two freezers. one on first floor and other on second floor. second floor has the smoothie shit.
 
Most Gym chads I see (boxers, powerlifters, bodybuilders) have breakfast at McDonalds or a fry-up Cafe.

x2 Double Sausage and Egg McMuffins and Coffee at McDs. Or Coffee and full english fry up at greasy spoon.

I used to make God level protein shakes when I was gymcoping in high school.

The recipe went something like this:

2 scoops vanilla whey
3/4 cup honey flavored Greek Gods yogurt
1.5 cups whole milk
1 banana
2 tbsp peanut butter

It tasted absurdly good, it was essentially a milkshake with decent macros. Thinking about it literally makes me want to buy a blender and start gymcoping again so that I have an excuse to make it again.

It’s annoying, similar shakes take me at least 20 minutes from start to finish
 
Don't have the patience to do anything more than mix some protein powder in some juice with a spoon
