I'm a gymcel in my early 20s. Been training for about 3 years now and also play Rugby.
Age 21, W: 208 lbs, H: 5'9".
BP: 255 lbs, SQ: 375 lbs, DL: 455 lbs.
I gymcel about 4 times a week during off-season and 3 times a week in-season doing some kind of upper-lower split. My focus is on compound lifts, so I do a lot of back squats, bench press, OHP, rows/pull ups and romanian deadlifts. I don't typically do conv/sumo deadlifts regularly but I do some singles here and there when I feel like it. My goal is to improve my bench and get it to at least 275 by the end of this year. Thinking of running something like 531.
I used to be small and get picked on at school or on public transportation. Even though gymcelling hasn't made me any more attractive towards foids, normies don't fuck with me while walking down the street or something. So that's good.
When I'm maxing out on squat or bench, just thinking about the foids who rejected me and worshipping chads or happy couples gives me the rage to push that barbell off my chest and fuck shit up.
I look forward to hearing my fellow gymcels training routine or stories.
