I'm a gymcel in my early 20s. Been training for about 3 years now and also play Rugby.

Age 21, W: 208 lbs, H: 5'9".

BP: 255 lbs, SQ: 375 lbs, DL: 455 lbs.

I gymcel about 4 times a week during off-season and 3 times a week in-season doing some kind of upper-lower split. My focus is on compound lifts, so I do a lot of back squats, bench press, OHP, rows/pull ups and romanian deadlifts. I don't typically do conv/sumo deadlifts regularly but I do some singles here and there when I feel like it. My goal is to improve my bench and get it to at least 275 by the end of this year. Thinking of running something like 531.

I used to be small and get picked on at school or on public transportation. Even though gymcelling hasn't made me any more attractive towards foids, normies don't fuck with me while walking down the street or something. So that's good.

When I'm maxing out on squat or bench, just thinking about the foids who rejected me and worshipping chads or happy couples gives me the rage to push that barbell off my chest and fuck shit up.

I look forward to hearing my fellow gymcels training routine or stories.

I used to gymcel when I was around your age. It was the best time of my life, as I was NEET and had nothing to do but eating well and exercize a lot.

I was merely doing basic calisthenics, such as pull ups, and lifting barbels for upper body. I stopped right at the moment I was being more intensive with compound movements, as I had to stop my NEET way of life and go back to uni ...

I'm no expert but well if you need some, I used to watch athlean X on youtube if that can help. I regret not keeping it all up boyo, now I'm feeling like shit despite being a wageslave as soycitey expects it from beta males :feelsbadman:

I use multiple slingshots, and bench press 135, deadlift 225 and squat 155. Reason for slingshot is I have no cartilage left in my left shoulder. Labrum is completely worn out.

I can also do 50-100 push ups w slingshot

Gymceling is a good cope for me to deal with the stress i endure since I'm in university.

Bro, girls don't care about how big I am or how much I bench. The only people who approach me are other dudes - mainly young guys just getting into gymceling.

Girls like lean bodies more than big and bloated. Try getting to 12% at least. You have more than enough muscle to look good
