you runmaxxers, how in the blackpill hell do you run these 13 min 2 miles, chico?
ive been practicin and practicin and even with my obese athletic nigger genes, i can barely run like a 16-18 min, mang.
what do you do to break this barrier?

srsly over if I can't

i don't have genetic fast-twitch muscles, it's over

rice runners should be here any minute...

if they really are, i'm going to grow more angry and jealous of their high iq, fit and skinny body, and now runmaxx body
it's over

First of all you must not post like a tiktok monkey that thinks that meme posting 24/7 is cool

The run was always my weak point on the pt test, mang

I just started running outside and listening to music while I did it. I don't know I also just did it a lot too. After a while your time gets faster and faster.

Running is a low T soycel trait, sprinting is what you need.

Are you preparing for an army fitness test?

Just die for Israel theory.

I managed a 5:50 mile some months ago, haven't ran one since. It's mostly just pacing and breathing, but don't forget the most important element, genetics.

Imagine doing cardio

running is retarded.

I ran all the time for years. Right now, I’m waiting for surgery, so I’m taking a vacation.
But anyway, I’d recommend running 1 mile warmup jog.
Then run 1 mile fast. Then jog 1 mile slow. Then another 1 mile fast.
If you’re trying for a 2 mile PR then you should work on faster runs.
Not really a sprint but more of a tempo pace.
And you should make your workouts longer than the target distance, so 2 miles will not seem that far when you’re trying for a personal best.

I can run 15 miles without sweating endurancecel
