Gymcel advice needed

Started lifting weights, someone suggested me to bulk and lift cause im a twig. Its been 2 weeks and ive already gained like 5 kg of weight, is this good or bad?
 
It's probably mostly water retention and fat, but that's fine, you need those as fuel and supply to actually start building muscles. 10lb isn't much.
 
eat loads of protein
 
Start with lighter weights, then gradually increase the load over time. In my experience training to failure doing fewer reps with heavy weight helps you gain muscle and build strength much faster than doing high reps with light weight. Aside from that, take creatine and eat protein
 
Just don't eat too much and keep lifting weights. Anyone that overcomplicates is a faggot. You got this.
 
If you wanna be a productive gymcel, quit eating sugar and processed garbage. More protein, moderate carbs and a lot of veggies for the vitamins. If you hate veggies then it's fine, get some vitamin supplements

Gained way too much. A lot of that is fat. Remember once you gain fat cells you can't lose them. You don't have to eat like a retard to gain muscle.
 
Whole Food diet + 8000 steps a day + ruminant animals for your protein source + try to stay away from glyphosate and gluten + lots of water + zinc, magnesium glycinate, apple cider vinegar, boron + sunlight (for circadian rhythm)+ 8-10 hours of sleep
