Like far cry 5 did. I hate that US companies have to involve politics in everything. Games like GTA if you take out the comic over characterisation of different type of people it will be boring.

As per article, Rockstar's woke restructuring begun in 2018.
At the end of the day Take Two is a publicly traded company. I guess they gave into societal and economic incentives(Economic incentives as in getting ESG loans, not woke morons or foids actually buying their games in sizable numbers).
 
honestly i don’t see an issue with having a female protag as long as she is likable, interesting, and the rest of the game isn’t soyed up because of soyciety’s expectation.

gta was so good partly because of it’s dark humour, and i don’t want that to be lost
