Can I eat fastfood that is only meat? Lots of protein at least 80g a day and barely any sugars what so ever? Fastfood meat is still meat right though lol.

I am kind of fucked ngl u guys will say I am memeing but I have a special diet where I basically can't eat 90% of food I can only eat diary products, meat, some vegetables, most fruits (but cba to eat fruits tbh) but I can't eat some types of meat and I can't eat a lot of shit tbh It's not that I will die if I eat it but my organism will just not consume it idk what's it called is some rare genetic shit.

Being able to have good interpersonal skills and relate to other people over substanceless topics. It's like learning how to get good at a sport, playing music, cooking, etc. All you have to do is force yourself to be around people, engage in conversation, and not be braindead. Unless you're literally autistic, which I know most people here actually aren't they just have social anxiety

If you're not weightlifting then 80g of protein a day is fine (though that's like 250-300g of meat). Just avoid hot dogs, fried chicken and things like that. Burger patties are fine, steaks are great but expensive, and if you want cleanest protein that's not supplements, that's chicken breasts, tuna and egg whites. Basically if it tastes good then it's bad for you.

I eat about 150-200g of chicken a day or at least try to also I get about 25g from protein drink. But I am trying to lose weight somebody here I forgot the name told me the swimming is not good for maintaining muscle but it's good for losing weight I swim 3 days a week at a gym complex. Also I have resistance bands to do arms exercises but idk they said it's not good too so idk but I am just mostly trying to lose weight now at not to lose too much muscle (I don't have much muscle anyway tbh). When I lose 15kgs I will bulk for 5kg then lose 5kgs again and repeat like 1-2 times to gain some muscle mass and go lean after that hopefully I can do all of this in a year I wanna be done before I go SEA.
