I tried Sauna clubs in Germany last year. All females are prostitutes and they barely use the Sauna. Instead they hang on the bar. I suppose originally in Finland saunas are indeed mixed and it's not sexual, but I bet this is getting rare.

Most of them are not even naked, surprisingly enough.
