Because fascism is a syncretic movement. It seeks gather as many frustrated people as it can by surface level transplanting their causes within a far right ultranationalist context. It pretends to benefit its supporters by borrowing their language and idioms so that it can mobilize them behind the regime.

A significant amount of political movements are syncretic as it's the easiest way to build a movement, fascism isn't even the ideology of Donald Trump or his supporters. The only fascist country in the world is china but retards like you think that just because they call themselves communists that they must be communists. Incel culture is also not exclusive right wing circles as many users here are left wing something you would know if you have ever done any research of your own but you don't because your a midwit.

It is able to incorporate all these beliefs because it is ideologically hollow. There is nothing there, no morals no principles and no workable vision for society. I wouldn't go so far as to say that it is directed, since it is essentially an emotional rather than a rational thing. It is driven by people who are deeply opposed to egalitarianism and democracy though, and in some measure directed by them. That said, they are holding on to the wolf by the ears. I agree. It's a reactionary movement, the core of which is always the idea (or rather feeling) that there is a "natural" social and moral hierarchy based on identity. It preys on people's selfishness and exceptionalism to destroy solidarity and empathy. IMHO this is also the reason why many people who see themselves as moderate right wingers tend to side with fascism against social democracy. Most tenets of right wing ideology are only believed as long as they are seen to serve the in-group, and discarded when they no longer do that. The belief in "free markets" as the ultimate arbiter of social worth has been supplanted by more openly reactionary ideas because the former could no longer serve that purpose as those markets and socioeconomic policies became more overtly a tool to enrich monopolies, cartels and oligarchs.

Hierarchies have existed since the dawn of civilization they will continue to exist no matter what you do, The literal subreddit you are talking in has a hierarchy in which the mods are the top and everybody else it at the bottom, Capitalism and democracy are both systems which seek to add fluidity in those hierarchies so that people are not stuck in the position they were born in. The cold hard truth is that the right is not fundamentally about economy or conservation and tradition, but about preserving and enforcing hierarchies. Everything else are facades to explain why those hierarchies and the resulting inequalities and injustices are actually a good thing.

A dictator is almost always incompetent because one man can not possibly have the expertise to take every decision, yet the security of a dictator rests on the fact that he, in the end, does just that.
