Here's the games I've played and mainly beaten this year. You can post yours below as well

Zelda 1:

I regret playing it. Really wasn't worth playing at all. The dungeons were easy outside of combat.

Majora's Mask:

Overated. Doesn't get good untill the last two dungeons. Side quests are boring.

Kirby planet robobot:
Slop. I regret playing it.

Kirby's nightmare in Dreamland:
ok

A link to the Past:
Beat it for the first time. Great game. Has aged extremely well.

A link between worlds:
Brainless. I regret playing it.

Monster Hunter 3 ultimate:

Still need to play G rank but overall a great game. Very addicting.

Monster Hunter 4 ultimate:

Low rank is brainless slop. Game only gets good in high rank. High rank is decent. My biggest complaint is the story is obnoxious and there's too many unskippable cutscenes.

Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate/normal

Not as good as 3u but prefer it to 4u. There's no obnoxious story and the monster roaster is better.
However it definitely feels cheaper than 4U and looks worse for whatever reason.


Castlevania 4:

One of my favorite SNES games. Definitely worth playing. Only issue I had was that grappling is obnoxious

Castlevania Rondo of Blood /Dracula Chronicles X

I prefer it slightly to Castlevania 4 because there's less bottomless pits and obnoxious grappling. In terms of gameplay there's not much more other than a larger focus on exploration.

Conception 2

A fun dating sim dungeon crawler jrpg where you spiritually impregnate girls. Gets a big repetitive but a good time waster.

Final Fantasy 1

Not worth playing.


Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga:

A pretty mediocre game. Dungeons don't get good untill the end. Story isn't interesting at all.


Mario and Luigi Partners in Time:

Superior to Superstar Saga in almost every way. More engaging gameplay and better story.

Rayman Origins:

Completed everything in it for the first time. Chest races are fun.
Rayman Legends:

Mediocre. Play Origins Instead

Senran Kugara Bon Appetit

Imagine hatsune miku with stripping

Monster Hunter World:

Fairly fun but too easy. Doesn't feel like Monster Hunter


I'd say my top three games this year are

the rest are boring.

Yeah, most horror games are boring. I only enjoy Resident Evil 4-6
Fatal Frame
Because focus on gameplay.

I can't stand how much filler are inside those games no matter the game it always feels super cheap and boring to me.

only game that i enjoyed was Beach Splash since it was a shooter

i need to finish Origins i get distracted constantly by other games

4u,generation ultimate have better end game then 3u

Once the fear factor is gone a lot of these games become boring.

I don't think I have even finished any game this year. Nowadays I mostly play sandbox and multiplayer games. I even have a lot of Soytendo Switch games that are sitting on my shelf unfinished.

I'm not affected by horror movies, but I have trouble getting through horror games. Even resident evil 4 shook me.

It’s a different kind of scary than resident evil. It’s not realistic at all, but resident evil 4 made me shit my fucking pants that game was scary. Ashley is major coomfuel tho

I beat Funger 1 again, speedran D'arce's S ending, beat Funger 2 Termina about three times and before the end of the year i'm gonna try and beat Awaria on hard mode for the babeczki

What do you think about Dracula X on the SNES? The music slaps but I heard people don't like it because it's a "dumbed down" version of Rondo Of Blood
