They always gave me stupid small portions of food growing up. At 17 I was 49kg while other guys that age are already 6’3 100kg mogging machine chads. Now I am still small at 52-53kg, instead of continuing to follow their crap I will try to reach 70kg by eating stuff like fast food with milkshakes. Also i believe they stunted my growth by not giving me much food, my height doesn’t match what should be expected from my parents size.
