Contrary to popular belief, your speech actually isn’t protected by any constitutional laws on the internet. Whatever you say, is being allowed by the webhosts / servers / terms of use allow you to say. The internet is not America, and the constitution doesn’t apply to the internet, and never will.

So all you lowIQcels whining about MUH FREEDOM OF SPEECH on here are retarded. Whatever you say on here that doesn’t get deleted, is because @SergeantIncel (or his webhosts) allowed you to say it.

So, stop getting butthurt when your edgelord posts get removed, stop crying MUH FREE SPEECH. You should be more than glad that @SergeantIncel is gracious enough to leave up some of the posts on here, which would absolutely get you banned from almost any other place on the internet.

thank you @SergeantIncel for letting me speak the truth

Thanks, serge !

Brutal speechpill.

never began for speechcels

Tbh no joke I speak whatever I want on the facebook and never got actually warned about this. is it just me or zuckerberg like me?

The difference is anonymity. IRL, your speech is tied to your identity. On the other hand, speech on the internet can be anonymous. There can be potential unfavorable consequences from having your opinions tied to your identity.
When people talk under the cover of anonymity, they talk more freely. They sometimes reveal their true selves.

Free speech is cope, even in real life. It's always subject to the system, ask Nathan Larson. But yeah, corporations make their own rules anyway and it doesn't get better with all the sensationalism, clickbaits and fakenews in the media. That's why we need to seize them.

Freedom of speech is a myth. It only exists when the government and corporations allow it to exist.

Your rights aren’t rights, they are privileges. They can be taken away at any moment.

We can't just let a few divergent thinkers challenge social stability, can we? RIP Socrates.

Wrong. The First Amendment applies applies everywhere including the Internet and the farthest reaches of our galaxy and the intergalactic void, but it applies only to the US government and the kind of laws it can't enact.

I think you absolutely right op.

There are a lot of rules against free-speech, and now that the NSA is watching us all you can just disappear if you are labeled a threat to national security or some shit bull fuck. I remember reading about how Saddam had spies everywhere to monitor your opinions about the government. It was portrayed as nightmare-ish. Now it's fucking America. "If you see something report it!"

One of the basic rules against free speech is obscenity, which can be defined as fucking anything. Talking about any crime will get you fucking harassed by the mafia- er, I mean the police. And you know what? Our rights don't matter. Society doesn't care. The law protects rich people. We're no different than pedophiles gunned down in public with no consequences to our murderer.

Stop talking about free-speech as if it were real. Our free-speech ends wherever our masters say it does.
