Dont use a chair with arm rest , better use the bed or couch or something but nothing with arm rests.

Use your phone and set the timer for 1 minute. Fold arms across chest . start the timer and sit down on the bed then stand up, no arm movement allows, keep thme on the chest.

Imeediately after 1 minute count how many beats per minute your heart does then immediately after that minute in the second minute count the hert beats agin per minute.

Post your results here .My useless weak cel results are 19 reps 101 heart beats staright after and 91 in the second minute
 
I've already done 100 sit ups and 100 push ups. I ain't doing shit. Not all in one sitting. Later I'll be going 50-60 weighted barbells squats and than some bench press.

mogs me . I need to start doing cardio again to get stamina after rotting for so many months even walking is a hassle.

Weighted squats will get your cardio going. I'm a smoker and they get my lungs literally burning and gasping for air. Get a skipping rope, great for balance and foot movement too.
